The St. Patrick's Day Parade was held in Dundalk in brilliant sunshine. The parade began at 1 o'clock from the fairgreen and wound its way up Clanbrassil St. and around by the Demesne towards Park St. There was a large attendance of young, old and middle aged to watch the parade. Each float received rapturous applause as the crowd showed their gratitude to all who made the effort to take part in the parade. Another great day for Dundalk.
