Mission Statement

The ethos and atmosphere generated by a happy staff in Redeemer Creche and Playgroup influence positively the emotional climate in which the children are being cared for.

Good team spirit, with dedicated leadership, develops and influences the guiding principles of the creche and playgroup. Each staff member feels that her/his contribution is essential to the team, and is compatible with the over-all philosophy and ethos of Redeemer Creche and Playgroup.

Redeemer Creche and Playgroup provide an ongoing framwwork that is is the backbone of a good pre-school educational setting. Through a balanced programme children have freedom to explore and learn from socialising with each other and from a variety of experiences in an organised, clean, bright and inviting setting.

Redeemer Creche and Playgroup offer facilities that free parents to take up employment and to further education and training. Faithful to its original aim Redeemer Creche and Playgroup continues to free parents, particularly stressed parents, for some hours each week-day, from the demands of 24-hour care of young children.
